The Diocese of Cleveland has received notification from the independent The Gavin Group, Inc. that the diocese been been found to be in compliance for the year 2009. This mark seven consecutive years for the Diocese of Cleveland being in compliance with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People.
